Get ready... JD Gyms Carlisle is opening at 10am on Monday 23rd June!

Our new gym will be located in the current Lifestyle Fitness building, will be a huge 24-hour fitness space, filled with an incredible array of industry-leading equipment including brand-new plate loaded machines, an Eleiko functional zone, dedicated glute kit, lifting zone and a sprint/sled track.

We'll have a vast free weights area with 20+ benches and dumbbells up to 50kg. We'll also have an extensive cardio area, kitted out with everything from treadmills and rowers to stair climbers, all set in our signature stylish surroundings. We pride ourselves in providing an amazing amount of specialised kit that you'd struggle to find in other gyms!

Our luxury changing rooms include saunas for post-workout relaxation, and we'll have plenty of free parking available. Everything is included in your membership price, and it's a no-contract, no-ties membership, as we're so confident you'll love us!
