Opening Monday 7th July at 10am - JD Gyms Ballymena.

The current Lifestyle Fitness gym in Ballymena is about to be completely transformed into our next new JD Gyms location! We're taking over this building to bring our trademark gym design to your town.

Inside, the facilities are all on one floor, with an open plan design. Our equipment has been expertly picked to ensure we cater for a wide range of gym-goers. There's tons of cardio kit, a top-notch selection of plate-loaded machines, and plenty of resistance machines too.

Alongside our sled track, we'll have 4 lifting platforms with racks, kitted out with high quality Olympic bars and bumper plates. Plus, there's going to be a section with equipment specifically dedicated to training glutes and legs.

The changing rooms offer plenty of space and lockers for your things, plus free-to-use hair dryers and saunas. All classes we run will be included in your membership.
